Jesy Nelson is starting off her solo career with a BANG ! The UK baddie is releasing her debut single featuring the one and only Nicki Minaj.
If you are a barb or is actively on Twitter, you knew this collab was coming but didnt know when. A few months ago someone posted a video of Jesy Nelson on set for the ‘Boyz” video and we noticed that you can hear Nicki Minaj’s voice in the background.
Fans went crazy and instantly started retweeting the video, excited to be getting new music from Jesy as a solo artist & Nicki Minaj because its been a while since the queen been off the scene. Those videos quickly got taken down due to copyright infringement.
Well the other day the UK baddie was teasing the new single on Instagram, Jesy posted a video clip saying “Do you think they’re ready for this?” and also tagged Nicki Minaj.” Nicki herself also shared a clip of the track to Instagram, captioning it with “almost time.”
Nicki Minaj took her Instagram and announced that the single will be dropping October 8th and says the countdown begins.
Lets get into this alleged scoop. Word on the streets is that Diddy is suppose to appear in this video. Some also said Kanye West will have a cameo as well, but I think Diddy makes more sense.
As we all know that “Boyz” is a sample of Diddy’s single “Bad Boyz For Life”. Also back in August Jesy was going to release the single the second week of September, but a source came out giving the impression that Diddy had to shoot his scenes for the video.
